Messages come straight to me, with no support system in between. N-Puzzle is a one-person project, so a reply can take a few days. Everything gets read.
What belongs where
- Bugs. Something hangs, counts wrong or looks broken: ideally with browser, device and, if you have it, the date of the puzzle. That narrows the cause down immediately.
- Missing or wrong game. The most common and most useful case. Helpful details are the exact title, the platform of first release and, if a number is involved, the source. Sales figures are only taken from publisher reports, scores only from Metacritic.
- Ideas for a new category. A category has to match enough games for the puzzle to stay solvable. A short description of which titles you mean is plenty.
- Press, directories, collaborations. Here or straight by mail.
- Public discussion. Anything other players would find interesting works better at r/N_Puzzles than in a single message.
